Don was very honest and gave us great ideas and suggestions. He even mentioned ideas off our suggestions and told us that they would be more than what we needed based on our requests. We had nothing but a great experience with Doncrete doing our stamped patio. From start to finish he was professional, communicative, and prompt. I called around 5 other companies and never heard back from them. When I called Don on a Friday he answered right away, came out Saturday and had my estimate by Sunday evening. Any time I called or texted (including weekends or holidays) with questions he would get back to me. When he started the process of digging the patio he had the foresight to change things up on the fly to better accommodate what we wanted as well while making sure we were ok with it. After researching and meeting with multiple companies, it was easy to see that Don was best choice for our project. He assisted the design of a new sidewalk and pad off an existing patio, re-furbishing the old slab, and removal/replacement of stair treads.
